Because Chosslife products are print-on-demand and produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Color variations

Changes of mind
All products are made to order by Printful, so returns cannot be restocked.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Printful will review and process approved replacement claims.
3. Lost Packages
If a package is lost due to carrier issues, we will help coordinate a claim, but we are not responsible for carrier errors or stolen packages.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins immediately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted to Printful.
