Chosslife products are printed and shipped by Printful, a third-party production and fulfillment partner.

1. Fulfillment Time

Most orders ship within:

  • 2–7 business days (average production time)

Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Times

Typical shipping estimates:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Fulfillment location

4. Tracking

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost packages caused by:

  • Typos

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment numbers

Returned orders due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges.

6. Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import duties.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We will assist with filing carrier claims when possible.
