Welcome to Chosslife (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products sold through our Shopify store (the “Site”) and fulfilled through Printful. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to make purchases from our Site. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

We sell graphic clothing and related merchandise via print-on-demand. All items are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful.

Because products are created after your order is placed:

  • Product variations may occur (color, placement, sizing tolerances).

  • Fulfillment and shipping timelines may vary.

  • We do not maintain physical inventory.

3. Pricing & Billing

Prices on the Site are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time.

By placing an order, you authorize us (and Shopify’s payment processors) to charge the full order amount, including product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production time, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.

Once an order has been submitted to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Chosslife is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier errors.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order:

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges

except in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was received

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page or at chosslifebrands@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Printful will review and approve replacement requests based on their fulfillment policies.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or color expectations.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and details. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, graphics, designs, images, and text—is the intellectual property of Chosslife or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and our products are fulfilled through Printful. Your data may be transferred, processed, or stored through their systems. By using the Site, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of these providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chosslife is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses caused by shipping carriers

  • Delays in fulfillment or delivery

  • Errors caused by third-party services (Shopify, Printful, payment processors)

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chosslife, its owners, employees, and partners from any claim arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
